This beautiful handbill features a bird with Janis Joplin’s head and if you didn’t know–the Grateful Dead’s “Bird Song” was written by Jerry Garcia and Robert Hunter right after her passing.

This is the FIRST CGC graded example of this handbill to appear in our auctions and it is in unimprovable museum quality condition. Many collectors believe this is one of the great poieces of Janis concert poster art to EVER be created. The posters featuring the same art can trade for well over $5 000 in this insane state of preservation.

Handbills graded by CGC are RED HOT as reported in many of our blogs. This lot is sure to earn major collector attention!
