The NR-7 poster was produced by artist Victor Moscoso for his retinal burning Neon Rose series and a run of shows at the Matrix in San Francisco. The design was based on a photo of the band "The Only Alternative" by Fred Roth. Victor Moscoso had an arrangement with the management of the Matrix to produce a series of posters for shows at this small club in the Marina.
