This RARE poster was produced for Frank Zappa & The Mothers of Invention appearing at Gardens Auditorium in Vancouver, BC on September 19th, 1970. That was the year the band released two studio albums, "Burnt Weeny Sandwich" and "Weasels Ripped My Flesh". Zappa had disbanded the original Mothers of Invention lineup in 1969, but he reformed the group with new personnel around the time of this show.

The location of this show was ultimately changed to the Vancouver Coliseum due to high ticket sales. Jay Caress & Songbird also played in support, along with Its A Beautiful Day, though they are not listed on the poster. This is an EXTREMELY uncommon piece and we have NEVER offered another example in our auction. Don't wait to bid!

Condition: paper loss, creases, tears.
