This poster was produced for Widespread Panic's July 2001 run at The Beacon Theatre in New York City. Widespread Panic is an American rock band known for their improvisational style, blending elements of southern rock, blues, jazz, and funk. The band was formed in 1986 in Athens, Georgia, and its original members included John Bell (vocals, guitar), Michael Houser (guitar, vocals), Dave Schools (bass), Todd Nance (drums), Domingo "Sunny" Ortiz (percussion), and John "JoJo" Hermann (keyboards). They remain active today.
