This unique original handbill specimen was designed by Wes Wilson for a performance of the Beard at the Fillmore. The Beard was a play by beat playwright Michael McClure and it’s a true gem from the era. Although not a musical event The Beard was a perfect illustration of how inspired young artists pushed the envelope and created a new culture.
