The late great Sharon Jones was a very talented soul and funk singer based out of Brooklyn New York. As lead vocalist for Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings she experienced breakthrough success relatively late in her life releasing her first album when she was 40 years old. Sadly she passed away in 2016 of complications from a stroke. Before she died she jokingly claimed that the news of Donald Trump's presidential victory was responsible for her stroke. Amongst Jones' musical influences were James Brown Sam Cooke and the mighty Aretha Franklin. This original poster from the Fillmore in 2014 is in Superb Museum Quality Condition!
