This amazing original handbill has just emerged from a recently unearthed and long held collection of Boston Tea Party material owned by a long time collector and participant of the New England music scene!
Electric guitar master Jeff Beck was joined by The Nice and Poco including Richie Furray and Jim Messina from the recently disbanded Buffalo Springfield at the Boston Tea Party in spring 1969. This handbill is in SUPERB MUSEUM QUALITY Condition and it’s the first example we’ve ever offered in our auction!
The Boston Tea Party was located at 53 East Berkeley Street in the South End from 1967-1969 before moving to its new location at 15 Lansdowne Street mid '69 through 1970. Material from the Boston Tea Party is ALWAYS coveted by collectors and music fans alike!
