This is the FIRST TIME we have offered this vintage original handbill in our auction! The Kinks’ chart topping hit “You Really Got Me” propelled them to great heights in a short time in the mid sixties. The Yardbirds during 1965 had Jeff Beck replacing Eric Clapton on guitar in March and the band had just released a number one hit "For Your Love". The two bands shared a bill in May at the Granada Theatre with the likes of Mickey Finn and The Riot Squad. This original handbill has no restoration whatsoever and is a great starting point for young collectors beginning to get their feet wet in this fascinating marketplace.
