News spread quickly a few months ago about the sad passing of Roky Erickson at age 71 which has already spurred a massive interest in concert material for collectors and fans alike. Texas native Roger Kynard "Roky" Erickson was a founding member of The 13th Floor Elevators and a pioneer of the psychedelic rock genre. The group was a major innovator of '60s Rock & the "San Francisco Sound". They made several stops to the Fillmore and Avalon early on. This attractive poster is a great example of an elevators poster by a seldom used Family Dog Artist Steve Renick.
