For the first time in our auction we have a Capitol Theatre appearance by the New Riders of the Purple Sage in April 1975. This original poster was produced during an important era for the New Riders. Having released their 4th album "The Adventures of Panama Red" a year prior they were reaping the rewards of having a radio hit with the title track and the record reaching #55 on the billboard charts. The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester is a legendary concert space to this day and is still considered one of the most amazing places to see live music.
