This ultra rare 1967 handbill was produced for an afternoon concert at Mt Tamalpais Outdoor Theater with Big Brother & The Holding Company and several other Bay Area Bands. The venue was to become the location for the popular Magic Mountain Music Festival later the same year. This image was designed by Gut (Allen Turk) one of the Hell’s Angels. The event was promoted by the Marin Youth for Action and barefoot dancing free trees and grass were promised! This vintage 52 year old handbill embodies many of the central elements of the 1960’s -- The Hell’s Angels Big Brother and the Holding Company and legendary outdoor festivals.
