In 1990 Rick Griffin created a small series of paintings that utilized images that frequently popped up in his work. The Flying Eyeball and Hopi Indian mask were reoccurring themes in Ricks creations. This series used a common stencil but each painting was unique using different color schemes and brushwork.
The series was supposed to be a run of 36 but it was never completed. This piece was numbered “13/”
