This large one-color glossy poster was created to promote a 1968 concert by the Los Angeles based band Kaleidoscope performing at the legendary Hippodrome in downtown San Diego. The lettering design proves that the artist Rebecca Galdeano was clearly influenced by Rick Griffin whose lettering style became almost a standard typeset for psychedelic art. This poster is the only the second example we’ve ever handled from this event. A small regional poster that is sure to appreciate in coming years. 100% Original with no restoration!
