We are pleased to offer the collecting community the FIRST CGC Graded example of this difficult to find original Bill Graham poster to ever appear at public auction! This oversized Fillmore poster was designed by the legendary Wes Wilson and is just a beauty to behold. It was produced for a November 1966 Fillmore run of performances by the Brazilian Jazz Guitarist Bola Sete who was being supported at this show by Country Joe and the Fish and a very EARLY Buffalo Springfield!
While it’s no secret that there has been an increased focus on quality in our hobby there is also a growing group of collectors that are seeking posters that are 100% Original with no restoration. They enjoy posters that look as if they were just removed from the wall of a hippy pad in San Francisco. This is one of those posters. Totally authentic un-restored and still remarkably beautiful considering it is over 50 years old! You can count on one hand the examples of this super rare poster we've offered in our previous mega sale auctions. NONE of them were CGC graded until NOW!
