This lot will be accompanied by a Letter of Provenance attesting to the fact that it resided in the historic Early '66 Time Capsule Collection one of the most exciting and important concert poster discoveries of the past 20 years.

The Hedds were one of San Francisco's early garage rock / psych bands predating the summer of love. The band often performed shows in early 1966 with contemporaries like The Mystery Trend and The Baytovens. The six piece of Reese Marin Rory Butcher Barry Lewis George Castagnola Dennis O'Brien and Billy Booth broke up by the end of the year but made an impact on the early San Francisco sound.

Just an amazing piece of early 1966 San Francisco Psychedelic History. Super cool super organic!
