In 1967 photographer Richard Avedon created this original set of colorful photos of the Beatles for "Stern Magazine". This is a complete set of 5 posters: the four individual Beatles and the large full size horizontal poster with all 4 band members displayed. Stern Magazine was a weekly news publication in Hamburg Germany.
The Stern Magazine Original Printings such as these are the much more desirable printings (and considered by many the first -- with the "Look Magazine" printings produced afterwards). Maintaining condition is always key and we have seen examples of these Stern printings linen backed by collectors over the years as it is very difficult to keep any poster in perfect condition. Most in one way or another have some flaws over time. However THESE DO NOT and have been carefully stored and preserved in their original condition for 52 years warranting our PAE Grade of Mint 97!!
