There’s no denying the legacy of the Cavern Club or the impact the venue had on the early world of rock and roll. The Beatles played 292 times at the club between 1961 and 1963. This historic Original Handbill from 1964 features blues harmonica master Sonny Boy Williamson and The Yardbirds appearing at the Liverpool venue.

It’s the very FIRST example of this issue to appear in our auction! Early Yardbirds material is highly sought after and requested frequently in our auctions. They were the breeding ground for some of the greatest modern Blues guitarists of all time. At various periods during their heydey Eric Clapton Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page three of the most iconic guitar players of the era were the gunslingers in the band. This historic piece is 100% Original with no restoration and does not surface often for collectors. A HUGE opportunity!
