The Armadilla #1 comic features cover art and designs inside by noted Austin artist Jim Franklin. Franklin was an amazing concert poster artist for the Vulcan Gas Company and the Armadillo World Headquarters.
This comic book includes articles about the AWHQ’s staff & family and additional artwork by Kerry Awn - frontman for the venue’s early house band the Uranium Savages. There are also several interesting articles about how to stalk and capture a real live Armadillo! This is issue #1 and was only printed once. 100% Original with no restoration!
