This is another early Original Handbill we’re offering for the first time in our auction. It features Iron Butterfly appearing at the legendary Los Angeles venue Shrine Exposition Hall.
Concerts at the Shrine were LA’s major contribution to the sixties live music scene and featured all of the top performers of the day all in big time Hollywood style at the 500+ seat venue.
These shows were a month after the release of Iron Butterfly’s best selling album In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida which contained a 17-minute version of the title song. This vintage handbill is free of tears and pinholes and it’s 100% Original with no restoration.
