This lot features Talking Heads a band that enjoys a strong cult following among collectors. Talking Heads were one of the most entertaining bands of the late ‘70s and early ‘80s. Posters featuring this historic group have been showing a recent spike in interest by collectors due to their promotional material being very limited and rarely surfacing in great condition.
This piece is especially scarce and unique because it’s from the peak of their career after their producer Brian Eno smartly tightening up the rhythm section's energy for more dance-oriented beats and high quality album production.
