The FIRST CGC graded example of this original Texas Halloween handbill to appear in our auction! These ultra scarce Vulcan Gas Company handbills were printed in far less quantity than those for the major San Francisco dance halls mostly in quantities of 500 or less. Very few of these unique and fragile handbills remain available today in ANY condition. Underground comix writer Jim Franklin created “Armadillo Comics” and is best known for his poster art produced for the historic Armadillo World Headquarters in Austin.
