This is the FIRST CGC Graded example of this high grade postcard we've auctioned! The original blues-based lineup of Fleetwood Mac (with guitarist Peter Green) are featured on this original Grande postcard. They brought to life the Peter Green song “Black Magic Woman” which Santana later covered to legendary popularity. The eye appeal of this card is off the charts! There were no known posters created for this event.
The Grande Ballroom series produced some of the finest imagery from the 1960’s music scene. In many cases promoter Russ Gibb chose to only produce postcards to promote events. That being the case Grande cards and card sets have become one of the most highly sought after items by serious collectors. Superb Museum Quality Condition!
