4/29/66-BG-4-OP-1-Fillmore Auditorium-Quicksilver-Jefferson Airplane Concert Poster-SFSC STAMPED! CGC Graded 6.0

This lot will be accompanied by a Letter of Provenance attesting to the fact that it resided in the historic Early '66 Time Capsule Collection one of the most exciting and important concert poster discoveries of the past 20 years.

These early issues from the first year of the Fillmore Auditorium enjoy tremendous collector demand for the tiny and dwindling supply of material.

This Original BG-4 example here bears a stamp at the bottom left corner which reads "Associated Students INC. San Francisco State College" in purple ink. SFSC Hut T-1 was often listed at the bottom of early BG original posters as a location to purchase tickets. This poster was apparently stamped by the Associated Students Inc department of the college as an additional location. Few of the numbered BG posters surfacing these days have this particular addition which makes this piece even more desirable.

SF state stamp in bottom left corner tack hole in each corner right corner tears to edge with minor paper loss half inch tear in right edge creases and discoloration.
