In 2005 Cream reunited at the request of Eric Clapton for a series of shows at The Royal Albert Hall. Fittingly this was the same venue where the band had played their final shows in 1968. The trio played four nights three of which would go on to be turned into a live album.
This poster was designed by John Van Hamersveld famous for the 360 ft mural for the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles in addition to covers for such blockbuster albums as “Magical Mystery Tour” “Exile on Main Street” and “Skeletons in the Closet”.
It has been confirmed by both Ginger Baker and Clapton that there will be no more Cream reunions ever! So own the last piece of memorabilia for one of the most important rock bands ever.
