This auction features several lots from the collection of long time Frank  Zappa associate Coy Featherstone. Featherstone is listed as the assistant engineer on Zappa’s  “One Size Fits All” album. He was also the lighting director on Zappa’s touring crew for several decades.

The consigner of these posters discovered them after purchasing the contents of an abandoned storage unit. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to purchase very scare posters from the career of one of the greatest composers and producers of the 20th century.

Frank Zappa was a consummate professional and his live performances were unequalled in terms of musicianship and professionalism. He was known as a relentless bandleader  and required his band  to rehearse tirelessly. This rigor allowed Zappa’s bands to play flawlessly on even  his  most intricate compositions. This level of commitment led to some of the finest live music ever performed.
