The famous FD14 “Zig-Zag Man" is one of the most iconic and celebrated concert images of the 1960s. It advertises a pair of concerts by Big Brother and The Holding Company and Quicksilver Messenger Service that took place at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco California on June 24-25 1966. These shows are some of the earliest for Big Brother that would showcase their new lead singer Janis Joplin who officially joined the band 2 weeks prior on June 4th.
Original First Printings of this poster in any condition seldom surface for collectors. This reprint released shortly after the show and still highly sought after represents a more affordable way to acquire this fantastic and world famous work of art.
