Hey Pink Floyd Fans! This design promoting the 1977 Pink Floyd “Animals" tour is a visual masterpiece from artist Randy Tuten. It's one of the most sought out Bill Graham posters from the late seventies and is becoming increasingly more difficult to locate. Pink Floyd are one of the most popular rock & roll icons in the world of collectible concert material and the Flying Pig has been permanently etched into their visual symbols stone forever.
Issues featuring the Floyd has been reprinted and bootlegged over the years which is why CGC certification in a case like this is so important. Now that CGC authentication has brought much needed integrity and stability to this very popular segment of the vintage concert materials marketplace collectors can acquire original posters with confidence!
This example is 100% original with no restoration whatsoever and exhibits bright colors and eye appeal! In September 2018 a lower 7.0 graded specimen reached $748 in our auction. In any other collectibles market this 8.0 poster would be worth many multiples of the previously sold 7.0 example.
