This is an early Sunshine Company Original Handbill also featuring Iron Butterfly from the legendary LA Club The Cheetah. These shows were a few months before the release of the band’s best selling album In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida which contained a 17-minute version of the title song. This first printing handbill is stamped and postmarked on the reverse side (see second photo)!
The historic Cheetah Club was one of the hottest places to play in the late sixties. Reprints of this issue have been produced over the years however THIS example is an Original Pre-Concert First Printing! Very few original printing issues from The Cheetah Club still exist today in ANY condition! We’re very happy to be offering it for the FIRST TIME in our auction!
