This is the first time we've offered this original Stevie Wonder handbill in our auction! Included at the bottom is the attached mail order form for tickets to the The Lewisham Odeon Theatre. The historic venue originally opened in 1932 as the Gaumont Palace. In the 1960's and 1970's other noted artists performed there like David Bowie Johnny Cash The Beatles Ray Charles and The Rolling Stones.
Motown records memorabilia from the sixties is extremely rare and desirable. When one is found in Museum Quality condition like this it’s even more of a treat! In October 2018 a similar graded example reached $690 in our auction.
