In the mid 1960's Ed "Big Daddy" Roth was publishing Choppers Magazine and was introduced to artist David Mann. Roth immediately fell in love with the artist's work and commissioned several dozen pieces to be published between 1965 and 1970. Roth placed his own copyright on the prints but they were all done by Dave Mann.
