Here we have the very first example of this original handbill to appear in our auction. The Yardbirds were the breeding ground for some of the greatest modern Blues guitarists of all time. At various periods during their heydey Eric Clapton Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page three of the most iconic guitar players of the era were the gunslingers in the band. This handbill advertises the group playing in Santa Monica in 1967. Only light creases on the left edge hold it back from a perfect grade. It could be impossible to locate this scarce handbill in any finer condition!
