This poster is signed in ink by both artists Stanley Mouse and the late great Alton Kelley!
This classic Mouse/Kelley design was created using a wonderful “split fountain” printing technique which yields each individual copy its own unique color variation and eye appeal. The FD-20 is one of the key pieces in building a Family Dog collection. The double signatures make it a true museum piece.
The printer's proof is aligned off-center of the paper (see photo). This beautiful DOUBLE SIGNED poster is tied for the FINEST quality CGC example to ever appear in our auction! We sold another example graded 9.4 that was double signed for $4899 in September 2017. More and more collectors are coming into the fold with the knowledge that artist signatures add a whole other dimension to their treasures.
