This poster was created for a benefit show for the San Francisco Krishna Temple that featured performances by The Grateful Dead Big Brother Moby Grape and readings by famed beat poet Allen Ginsburg. What a lineup! All the good vibes were real on this magical night in 1967.
It's amazing how affordable you can acquire a museum quality poster that is over 50 years old from the second year of the Avalon Ballroom. This beautiful 9.6 graded specimen is in Superb Museum Quality Condition with no visible flaws of any kind! In January 2019 a same graded example brought $480 in our auction.
