This high-grade handbill is from a1969 cancelled Jimi Hendrix show. After Woodstock Hendrix canceled a handful of performances this among them. The artist took a break from touring for the remainder of 1969 till the New Years Eve Band of Gypsies shows at the Fillmore East.
