This poster is signed in black ink by the artist the late great Rick Griffin!
Here is one of the most popular 1960's concert posters of them all! This poster was created by Rick Griffin's poster publishing company named "California Graphics Exchange" The design was originally on a handbill that advertised the event. Rick Griffin re-used the design when creating this beautiful split fountain printed poster. It is the first and only printing.
This is only the third example of this poster we've ever offered and only the second with a signature! In December 2017 a signed restored example with a lower 7.0 grade reached $817 in our auction. This specimen here is far superior in condition and in far better shape than its numerical grade suggests.
