This Fleetwood Mac concert was put on by the Michigan Student Union in the UMS Hill auditorium right on campus. 1973 was a rough transitional period for Fleetwood Mac. They had just added guitarist Bob Weston and vocalist Dave Walker formerly of Savoy Brown and Idle Race the September prior and they had just finished recording their album ”Penguin”. It would only be a few short years before they're launched into mega star status with another round of new members and their biggest album.

The under talent for this show is the band Elf originally the Electric Elves was fronted by Ronnie James Dio. Dio would be discovered by Deep Purple’s Ritchie Blackmore while playing with Elf and go on to form Rainbow. This ultra rare original first printing poster was culled from the personal collection of the artist Hugh Surratt!
