He helped open the minds of many of us whom would not be here today had he not. This lot contains 2 amazing and vintage items for “The Psychedelic Experience”. The First Original Pressing of Leary first LP album and a hardcover book SIGNED by Dr Timothy Leary himself! These treasures are extremely rare and seldom surface for collectors of this remarkable material!

Released 1966 Produced by Broadside Records NYC - Cover Drawing by Edward Epstein / Design by Ronald Clyne - Includes the original booklet - The LP is still in the original opened outer shrink wrap. This was Dr. Leary's FIRST LP and this example is from the earliest of the three 60's pressing with a thick leathery album jacket and wrap-around cover slick. Dr. Leary and Ralph Metzner take turns reading from their 1964 book "The Psychedelic Experience" with an occasional bell chime! Side 1: Going out/Side 2: Coming Back. Includes the original 4 page offset printed descriptive notes (printer's union logo "bug" appears at lower right corner on the backside of page 4).
