This is the FIRST TIME we’ve offered this scarce cardboard poster in our auction. The band Mountain was formed in Long Island New York during 1969 and they were early pioneers of hard rock & heavy metal. Their third gig as a working group was the Woodstock Festival! Their set was received enthusiastically by the audience but the they did not appear in the film. This beautiful poster was produced for a concert they performed in Camden NJ at Glassboro State College a year later. They had just released their 1970 debut studio album “Climbing!” a few months prior. Original cardboard posters are super popular and remain one of the most highly sought after type of concert memorabilia ever known!
