We are pleased to offer an astonishing relic from the history of one of the greatest bands of all time. The Allman Brothers Band’s 44 + year history is filled with innovation success tragedy scandal and most of all incredible music.
Their unique blend of blues rock with thoughtful improvisation along the unparalleled slide guitar of Duane Allman created some of the finest jam band music of all time. It is a testament to their brilliance that they are staging powerful and relevant performances 44 years after their inception.
This poster was for a performance at the Baltimore Civic Center in April of 1972. The concert took place between the deaths of brother Duane and bassist Berry Oakley.
Very few posters from the Bands early years exist today. This poster is certainly one of only remaining handful of copies to survive the years.
