We are pleased to offer such a special and unique collectible in our auction! Artist Lee Conklin designed many Fillmore images and is one of the most famous psychedelic poster artists of the 1960’s. He also created the iconic album cover for Santana's debut album which was originally the Bill Graham BG-134 poster art. Here we have a rare offering for Conklin fans and collectors!

This is his original sketchbook from 1974 while working at Middletown Homeopathic Hospital in New York. It measures 8 1/2" x 11" contains front and back covers and has 6 sketch pages inside. There are numerous drawings on the 6 interior pages EACH page SIGNED = (6) Signatures 1 on each page! Includes portraits figure studies nudes landscapes etc PLUS additional doodling-drawings on the front & back covers. A very UNUSUAL find! Signed original “unreleased” material by popular artists is highly collectible as this is product which the artist never intended for the public to see.
