Here we have a real treat honoring some of the best music produced in 1968! This is an extremely rare Original Reprise Records industry promotional booklet . It was used to promote their new-upcoming LP releases. The 42 page booklet is made up of Album cover slicks (these are actual sheets used on the covers of LPs)! The Jimi Hendrix Axis Bold as Love LP (released 1/10/68) is a GATEFOLD LP cover so it folds out to 24 x 12" size and has the complete wrap-around cover as well as a fold out interior slick of the complete 12 x 24" interior. Many other band's LP covers are also featured in this bound booklet including album cover slicks for: The Kinks The Fugs Frank Sinatra Don Ho Jeremy and the Satyrs Ramblin Jack Elliot and Trini Lopez!
