We know of just TWO prior sales publicly or privately. Almost 10 years ago a damaged specimen realized $10 000 at auction. We also know of a 100% confirmed rock solid private sale that occurred 2 years ago at $15 000.
The field of Vintage Concert Poster collecting has surely spawned its list of Legendary Rarities and this isssue must be considered amongst the most desirable based on its unmatched historical importance iconic world famous art and pristine condition that must seriously be considered as Possible Finest Known.

An important note about condition of this poster: This is unquestionably the finest quality specimen to ever appear at public auction. This poster would be considered "Dead Mint" by any reasonable observer including us. This specimen was never "put up" and has been carefully preserved the past 50 years in the exact same condition as the day it was produced. It is SUPER CLEAN with no nicks cuts tears or pinholes. It is also 100% free of any restoration whatsoever. Unfortunately our published STRICT grading scale is based on "Normal" sized concert posters. Posters that are 1/6 the size of this issue. Just a single corner bump top left and some minor edge nicks and dings keep this from perfection.
