Here’s a piece that is always on the top of new “want lists” that are submitted to us due to the wonderful artwork by sixties poster artist legend Stanley Mouse. If you want a piece with historical importance this lot is for you! This gorgeous artwork measures 14 3/16” x 19 63/64”and is the very FIRST poster that Mouse designed for The Family Dog. Problems were encountered during printing and much of the incredibly small print run were produced with significant flaws. Today a pristine problem free example is a highly treasured item that I sure to be rewarding in the years to come. This piece exhibit just 1/16 inch of extra red ink along the bottom border. There are no nicks cuts tears pinholes or restoration of any kind. The best we have seen in recent memory!
