One of the most talented Bands to come out of San Francisco in the Sixties was Quicksilver Messenger Service. The guitar work by John Cipollina is some of the most distinct and memorable by any Bay Area guitarist of the era. This poster from a 1968 set of shows at the Kaleidoscope is striking and pristine. In support were the Flaming Groovies another bay area band whose influence was far greater than their commercial success.
This sharp design is by Dahlgren/Eidos and the image is #9 in the Kaleidoscope series. The only reason CGC cannot certify this poster is because it is not featured in the Art Of Rock book however this issue has consistently been favored among seasoned collectors. It measures 18 1/2 inches in diameter and has absolutely no flaws whatsoever! Superb Museum Quality Condition!
