This is the FIRST TIME we’ve offered this classic Randy Tuten Original Poster in our auction! In the early seventies The Band was riding high on several popular and legendary albums released consecutively. Their 4th studio album “Cahoots” was released in September 1971 and 2 months later they performed at this show in San Francisco at the Civic Auditorium. The concerts they played in late 1971 are historic. The group was tight and the material was sharp.

It would be a month later the group would embark on their multi-night new years run in New York at the Academy of Music which was lovingly recorded and captured on the future live release “Rock of Ages”. This was their golden era. Artist Randy Tuten did them justice on this impressive poster! This lot shines bright in super clean quality condition with only light toning and a small crease holding it back from a perfect Mint grade.
