This large print is signed in pencil by the artist Stanley Mouse!
In 1988 renowned poster artist Stanley Mouse created this iconic design for the cover of a new book called “The Grateful Dead Family Album”. The book was printed and released a year later and was a photographic music reference book by Jerilyn Lee Brandelius. It included hundreds of never before seen intimate photographs and stories from members of the Grateful Dead and the Dead Family. The book was assembled in an office located in downtown San Rafael near the Grateful Dead main offices. The large original print you see here is the exact artwork used on the cover of the book without the name & author text. Best of all it’s SIGNED in pencil by the artist himself! This is the first time we have offered this rare and historic print in our auction.
