The counterculture in the 1960’s drew inspiration from many religions and schools of thought. Jesus was a figure of high esteem within the movement due to his message of love preaching’s on pacifism helping the unfortunate and protecting nature.

This is a truly beautiful piece showing Jesus’ face in a sort of stained glass motif. There is love in his eyes.
