In September 1993 DGC & Sub Pop Records released the Nirvana album “In Utero”. It was the follow up record after “Nevermind” had launched them into world wide success. The cover album art contained medical textbook imagery conveying frontman Kurt Cobain's outlook on his publicized life and his band's newfound fame.
This is a large original Promotional Poster issued by the record company during the release of the album. We don’t come across Nirvana material that often because it can be so difficult to find which makes this example a real treat. There are tons of reprints of this kind of material out there but very few original first printings still exist today.
