1964-Granada Brixton Theatre-The Kinks-The Yardbirds Concert Handbill-PAE Graded Extra Fine “69”

This is the FIRST TIME we have offered this vintage original handbill in our auction! The Kinks’ chart topping hit “You Really Got Me” propelled them to great heights in a short time in 1964. The Yardbirds during this year had Eric Clapton in the band and had just signed with EMI Columbia in February. The two bands shared a bill in October at the Granada Theatre with the likes of Billy J. Kramer and the “Fabulous” Ronettes from America. This original handbill has no restoration whatsoever and is a great starting point for young collectors beginning to get their feet wet in this fascinating marketplace.
