Among the first 30 of the Bill Graham series there are those issues that are “sleepers” and are under appreciated and then there are those issues that are already recognized as highly desirable rarities. This piece is the latter! The influence of the Texas Psychedelic Band   13th Floor Elevators   on the San Francisco sound is well documented  in the history books. The captivating Herb Greene photo of  a doe –eyed Grace Slick(then a member of Great Society) is the centerpiece of this poster additionally she is surrounded by the fabulous lettering of artist Wes Wilson
